With the combination of THREE conferences, you company/organization will gain exposure to more than 800 attendees from all over Indiana, and even from nearby states. Vendors wishing to sponsor a particular event, or sponsor the conference at a particular level, will have their company name listed in the program and on signage at the event. This conference presents over a dozen awards for outstanding performance in several categories. Those sponsoring an award will have their company name included and announced with the sponsored award. If you would like to be a sponsor, a sponsorship form with price information is enclosed with this letter. Additionally, this year we will provide an electronic list of attendees to all vendors who sponsor at the Gold Badge, Silver Badge, Red Badge or Yellow Hydrant levels. The conference program includes: classroom lectures, general sessions with major speakers, practical skills sessions, and YOU in a large exhibit hall/demonstration area. New this year? Lunch with the Vendors! To encourage conference attendees to visit exhibitors, we will provide lunch in the outdoor exhibit space to all vendors and conference attendees. Workshops and sessions will not take place until later in the afternoon. The EMS track will begin at 2pm. No other tracks will be held until after 4pm.
