The Mid-Atlantic Music Conference, the premier music industry networking and education event in the Mid-Atlantic states, will be returning to Charlotte, NC on November 14 – 16, 2008. Since 2002, over 550 Performers and more than 300 Music Industry Professionals have all agreed, the Mid-Atlantic Music Conference is the number one destination for real music industry networking in the market. All genres are accepted, and there are 40 performance slots available.

Presented by Sam Ash Music Stores, The Caldwell Group and Wholeteam Enterprises, the 2008 Mid-Atlantic Music Conference promises to deliver an event like no other in the region! Events will take place in multiple venues and an incredible facility to host the Conferences and Panels. More than 50 Industry Executives will fly in from all across the country bringing a vast amount of knowledge with them. Panelists this year will include Music Publishing Directors, Music Supervisors for Film and TV, A&R Directors from many different Record Labels, and Entertainment Attorneys.

Participating artists will qualify to win the Independent Artist Enhancement award which includes: a $2000 gift card to SAM ASH Music Store, Professional Press kit, 5000 2 sided CD inserts, a Free Video bio, online distribution and a song added to a compilation courtesy of Unlimitedtracks.com.

All submissions, whether selected or not selected, will allow you to have 30 CD’s put in their professional press packs which will be targeted to our music industry professionals.

Please note: If selected, each individual act (one performer plus manager) is responsible for registering one person to attend the conference portion, and each group (two performers or more with manager), must be responsible for registering at least two members to attend the conference portion. Full conference registration is $100 until September 15th, $150 until October 1st and $200 afterwords. Registration includes access to all panels, showcases, and more. It gives you an all weekend pass to all activities. One manager is complimentary with all acts.

HNR plans for more than 100,000 Eager Collector Vehicle Buyers and Restorers to attend the Fall Meet of Charlotte AutoFair! The Hornets Nest Region, AACA, has produced Charlotte AutoFair for more than thirty years to thrill auto enthusiasts from all over the world!

Public parking much easier to access adjacent to the Green Field. Use Entrance ‘A’ from US29 - park adjacent to the Green Field and purchase tickets at the Green Field entrance. Alternative - use Morehead Road Entrance ‘P’ - park adjacent to the Gate 25 entrance and purchase tickets there.

Shop freely between the Green Field outside the track and the Orange Field and Blue Field inside. Use the Underpass Gate 26 to shop between outside and inside. Have your hand stamped if needed.
