In our 12th annual NYC festival bringing together filmmakers from around the globe, the Avignon/New York Film Festival will celebrate the richness and diversity of independent film and cinema during our 5-day ?global crossroads of independent cinema.? Characterized by its cordiality, elegance and thought-provoking film selections, the 2006 ?Avignon/New York? will premiere of high-caliber new works, and round-the-clock retrospectives, round-tables on pertinent issues with industry experts, interviews with filmmakers, audience-voted prizes for emerging directors, receptions, wine-tasting, and gourmet specialties.

- Building Entrance is on the southwest corner of East 68th Street and Lexington Avenue
From Westchester
- Take the NY Thruway to Major Deegan to Willis Avenue Bridge to FDR Drive South to 71st Street exit – Go five traffic lights and make left onto Lexington Avenue
- Go three blocks and college will be on right From New Jersey

- Go north to 65th Street
- Make right and go through Central Park
- Make left onto Madison Avenue and go to 68th Street
