October 18?19, 2008 ? Hueco Tanks SHS ? 14th Annual Interpretive Fair ? See history and culture come alive at one of El Paso’s most unique natural areas! Attractions of the two-day event will include Native American dancing and drumming, a Buffalo Soldier encampment, Folklorico dancers, pictograph and birding tours, climbing demonstrations, environmental and cultural information booths, an evening campfire storytelling program, and food, music, art, gifts and books for sale. 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday; free admission, but donations in support of the site through volunteerism and contributions to our Lone Star Legacy endowment fund encouraged (915) 857-1135.
